This Troy Supra Curl Bar offers a unique rotating handle system helping to provide another way to attack those stubborn biceps muscles. The pivoting handle system allows rotation of the hands through the range of motion, creating a more natural motion than traditional static handle ez curl bars.

The SBCB-47 measures 47″ in length, similar to most other EZ curl bars on the market. It features quality steel construction with a durable bright chrome finish. The 50 mm diameter sleeves are designed to work with 2″ diameter hole Olympic weight plates.

The Troy Barbell Supra Curl Bar can handle both home and commercial gym use.
