Fettle Fitness guarantees all products from the date of shipment to be free of materials defects. The warranty extends to the original consignee or end-user only. The warranty only covers failures due to material defects or workmanship that occurs during regular use. It does not cover product failures due to misuse, negligence, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and tear. The warranty detail is as follows.

Delivery includes the freight driver (only 1 person) unloading the fully-assembled equipment to you on pallets. The package is unloaded from the truck with a lift-gate and a pallet jack. They will place the package as close to the curb of the destination address as possible. Once the package is unloaded off of the truck, it is the responsibility of the customer to move the assembled piece/s inside the delivery address.
For pieces like the 8-stations, 4-stations, Smith Machines etc. it is recommended that you speak to a member of our team with specific delivery questions.
For a full-installation of your gym, Fettle Fitness can charge a flat fee to install the piece(s) of equipment exactly where you’d like them.
